No. You send us your preferred appointment time, we get back to you and confirm it. The appointment is only fixed once we have confirmed it. Until then you are not committing to anything.
Yes, if there is still something free. The appointment request shows you the available times up to closing, including for the current day.
No. You can either pay online straight away or on site. In the hair salon, payment is always made on site.
Then choose the consultation appointment. It is free and without obligation, we take a look at your skin or your hair and tell you honestly what makes sense and what does not.
Yes. When you send your request you can choose who you would like to see. Charlina is here on Wednesdays and Saturdays, Hatice and Ümit on the other opening days.
Just message us on WhatsApp, ideally at least 24 hours beforehand. That way we can still give the slot to someone else.
