Beauty salon in Hamburg
Hamburg has plenty of beauty salons, and from the outside they look much alike. This page therefore does not describe what a treatment costs, but who receives you here and how a first appointment runs. The Aesthetic House is at Spaldingstrasse 68 in Hammerbrook, works exclusively for women and brings beauty care, laser applications and hairdressing together under one roof. Owner Hatice Ispir stands in the treatment room herself.

Beauty care, laser and hairdressing under one roof
Many salons in Hamburg cover one area. Here there are three. The beauty area is about skin, lashes and brows, next to it are the laser applications, and in the hair area master hairdresser Charlina works on Wednesdays and Saturdays. For you that mainly means one thing: colour and a facial treatment can be combined in a single afternoon, instead of travelling across the city twice. Two treatments are then scheduled one after the other, with a little buffer in between if a colour needs time to develop.
Who treats you, and what she is allowed to do
Owner Hatice Ispir treats clients herself. In Germany, laser applications may only be carried out by someone who holds the specialist qualification (Fachkunde) under the NiSV; this proof has been mandatory since 31 December 2022, and since 1 January 2026 only a certificate from an accredited body counts. Ask about it in the initial consultation. The same regulation draws a clear line. Section 5 (2) NiSV lists what remains reserved for doctors: „Ablative laser applications or applications in which the integrity of the epidermis as a protective barrier is breached, the treatment of vascular changes and of pigmented skin changes, the removal of tattoos or permanent make-up, as well as applications with optical radiation whose effects are not limited to the skin and its appendages, such as the reduction of adipose tissue, may only be carried out by licensed doctors with corresponding medical specialist or continuing training.“ (Translation; the German original wording is authoritative.) Permanent hair removal does not appear in this list; for it, the specialist qualification is sufficient. Everything named in the list is not offered here — that is a matter for a medical practice.
How the first appointment runs
The first appointment begins sitting down, not on the treatment couch. First you talk about what you have in mind and what your skin is used to. The Bundesamt für Strahlenschutz writes: „If the device settings are not adapted to the individual circumstances such as skin type, degree of tanning, hair colour and hair thickness, side effects and damage can occur in the skin, such as burns, over- or under-pigmentation or scarring.“ (Translation; the German original wording is authoritative.) Some things speak against a laser application or postpone it: pregnancy and breastfeeding, medicines that make the skin sensitive to light, tanned or inflamed skin, moles and tattoos in the treatment area. That is why a test patch is treated first.
A house that is there exclusively for women
The studio is a women-only space, in the waiting area as well as in the treatment rooms. The reason is the protection of privacy: many treatments take place in areas that clients otherwise do not show. In the beauty and laser rooms Hatice Ispir treats you herself; there you are among women and can take off your headscarf. Appointments are given one at a time, and there is no open floor with several chairs side by side. With 23 public Google reviews, the rating currently stands at 5.0 out of 5 stars.

What you will find on the treatment pages
This page explains the house, not the individual treatments. There are separate pages for the details: lash lifting and brow lifting for lashes and brows, Aquafacial, Microneedling and BB Glow for the skin, plus laser hair removal. From the hair area there are Balayage, highlights and keratin smoothing, as well as bleaching and bridal make-up. Each of those pages tells you how long a treatment takes, how often it is usually repeated and what to pay attention to before and afterwards. You will find the price list under Treatments; at the hairdresser, the price depends on hair length.

Frequently asked
Do I need to bring anything to the first appointment?
You do not need any documents. It helps if you know which skincare products you use, whether you take any medication and when you were last in the sun or on a sunbed. Some medicines make the skin sensitive to light, and the laser application is then postponed. With light, grey and red hair, the laser as a rule responds poorly. Allow 15 to 20 minutes for the initial consultation.
Do you treat men as well?
No, the studio is a women-only space. The reason is the protection of privacy: many treatments take place in areas that clients otherwise do not show. Appointments are given one at a time, which is why it stays quiet in the waiting area and in the treatment rooms.
Who carries out the laser applications?
Owner Hatice Ispir. The requirement for this is the specialist qualification (Fachkunde) under the NiSV; since 1 January 2026 only a certificate from an accredited body counts, and you may ask about it in the initial consultation. Applications that under Section 5 (2) NiSV are reserved for licensed doctors, such as the removal of tattoos, are not offered here.
On which days is the master hairdresser there?
Charlina works on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so on two days a week. On the other opening days the hair area is staffed as well. If you would like to see Charlina, request the appointment early, because those two days are usually booked out first.
How do I get there without a car?
From the U1 stop Hauptbahnhof Süd it is around 500 metres, a good six minutes on foot. The Repsoldstrasse bus stop is less than 50 metres from the entrance. If you do come by car, you will find the StadtKontor car park around 200 metres away.
Can I combine beauty care and hairdressing on one day?
Yes, that is what the areas under one roof are for. Mention in the appointment request that you would like both, and the appointments will be scheduled one after the other. Expect a little buffer in between, especially when a colour is involved that needs time to develop.
How do I make an appointment?
Through the appointment request on this website: you select the treatment and send the request via WhatsApp, after which you receive a reply with a suggested appointment. The first time, the initial consultation follows on site, and only then does the treatment take place. For laser applications, whether your skin is currently tanned is clarified in advance.
